What we offer
Clinical supervision and consultation
We offer individual and team supervision for psychologists, counselors, social workers, and addiction professionals. Case consultation on complex presentations: trauma, dissociation, personality difficulties, co-occurring substance use. Services are available as an ongoing arrangement or case-by-case basis. For therapists seeking LPC licensure in Pennsylvania, these clinical supervision hours are eligible to count towards clinical licensure.
Staff training
Delivered on site, tailored to the team rather than off the shelf. Current programs include: Building a high performance team, Dealing with stress and burnout, de-escalation and crisis response, and many more. Workshop, half-day, and full-day formats are available.
Program development and accreditation support
We provide support in developing treatment program manuals, treatment plan structures, clinical documentations systems, staff evaluation frameworks, and team philosophy documents to international standards.
Workplace mental health
Consultation on employee wellbeing and burnout, including return-to-work planning and critical incident response following a death, accident, or violent event affecting the team.
Speaking and facilitation
Keynotes, panels, and facilitated sessions on mental health, addiction, resilience, and workplace wellbeing for conferences, professional associations and corporate events.
Research collaboration
Through the Mente Clinical Institute, we collaborate on studies of substance use and mental health in the Dutch Caribbean.
